This week at EFK is all about Fitness! When we discuss fitness in class we are talking about working your body to make it stronger. Exercising and stretching your muscles are key ways to develop a more fit body. It's important when we discuss this development to set goals and challenges to keep yourself on track! This week, try and set a fitness challenge for yourself. Strive to do 10 extra pushups every day or perhaps run just a minute longer than usual. If your usual day doesn't include any exercise yet, then challenge yourself this week to start! We will see you in class!
