  • Kali Strikes 1 - 5

    • Strike 1- Start kali by right shoulder and strike down to left leg

    • Strike 2- Start kali by left shoulder and strike down to right leg

    • Strike 3- Start kali hip level on right side and slash across to left side

    • Strike 4- Start kali hip level on left side and slash across to right side

    • Strike 5- Pull kali back on right side pointed at opponent and poke belly level

  • Kali Blocks 1 - 5

    • Block 1 – Start Kali by right shoulder, push straight across face, left hand crosses on top and supports

    • Block 2 – Start Kali by left shoulder, push straight across face, left hand sits parallel to right arm supporting

    • Block 3 – Kali tip faces down, starting on right hip push straight across body, left hand crosses under to support

    • Block 4 – Kali starts at right shoulder, swings straight down at the same time as left-hand striking kali and attacker’s hand

    • Block 5 – Kali starts in the middle of the body, overhead block with a slight slant away from handle. Left hand clears the strike
