Commitment Week!

This week at EFK we discuss commitment. To commit to something, means to stick to it regardless of what happens. Appropriately, a huge focus in January has been around goals. There are times which we set goals, but struggle with them shortly after starting. If this begins to happen, we need to ensure we are using different types of motivation to stay committed. As we draw closer to the end of this month, take some time to re-evaluate where you stand on your goals from earlier in the month. If you find you have fallen off track, try to sit down and re-commit to achieving what you started.
