Focus Week!

Its Focus week here at EFK. Here, we define focus as the ability to concentrate on one task for an extended period of time. Distraction is such a common thing these days, sometimes focus is harder than it sounds. To help, here are the 3 ways we can improve our focus.


1) Focus your Body


By keeping your body still and attentive you can better direct your attention towards a point of focus.


2) Focus your Eyes


By keeping our eye on our subject, we can start to tune out visual distractions that maybe in our area.


3) Focus your Mind


This is by far the hardest part. Our minds naturally wander, following new trains of thought as they arrive. If we can accomplish a still body and focused eyes, we give ourselves the best change of keeping our mind focused as well.
