Speed Week!

This week at EFK we start getting ready for Fitness month by talking about Speed. When we bring up speed in class students tend to think 'go fast'. However, in classes, we like to outline the PROPER speed for what we are doing. Somethings in life are better when completed quickly and efficiently, but not all things follow this pattern. Activities can also require slower precision and care which only comes with patience. Students must learn to recognize when its ok to so quickly, but also when a slower pace will serve them better. We will see everyone in class this week to keep working more on improving their speed!
