This week is Stamina week! We wanted to give everyone a stamina challenge to do at home this week! Our Black Belt test has a pretty intense stamina challenge for all of our candidates, so we thought we'd take one of their exercises and break it down for each belt! If you'd like to participate record a video of yourself holding a plank and email it to your Sensei or share on Facebook with everyone!
Here are the times based on belt:
Tigers class: 15 seconds
White Belts: 20 seconds
Yellow Belts: 30 seconds
Orange Belts: 40 seconds
Blue Belts: 50 seconds
Green Belts: 1 minute
Purple Belts: 1 minute and 10 seconds
Purple/Red Belts: 1 minute and 20 seconds
Red Belts: 1 minute and 30 seconds
Red/Brown Belts: 1 minute and 40 seconds
Brown belts: 1 minute and 50 seconds
Black Belts: 2 minutes
Degrees: 3 minutes
