This week at EFK we are focusing on Balance in our class. While much of our curriculum will be dealing with physical balance, we also like to take some time to touch upon balancing our lifestyle. To have a 'balanced lifestyle' means keeping as many things equal as we can. Ensuring our diet consists of a good mixtures of foods, our activities are both instructive and fun, and our leisure time is equal to our focused time will keep everything working in harmony. If we put too much focus into one single aspect of life that thing will consume too much of our energy and we will no longer be living a 'healthy lifestyle'.
This week take a second to think how your life balance is. What can be improved, what could use more attention, and what is capturing the majority of your time. Good luck!
