This week at EFK we are discussing confidence! Confidence is the ability to be sure of what you are doing or saying in any situation. When students are confident, they hold themselves high, completing their tasks with certainty. Having that kind of confidence links perfectly into leadership (which is the focus for the month of May). Confidence in leadership is contagious and people who lead with that kind of attitude are able to do amazing things! Confidence can only be improved with practice, so get out there this week and work on stepping out of your comfort zone!
