EFK Running Club
EFK is considering setting up a 1x per week running club for those students looking to prepare for their black belt testing or students who are just looking to get more active. If this is something you would be interested in, please email Sensei Ryan at ryan@elitefreestylekarate.com. If we get enough students who are interested, we will put together an official group!
