Leadership Week

This week (and month) we are discussing Leadership here at EFK. When we discuss leadership, we like to define it as the ability to help those around you to succeed. A good leader does not just focus on their own success, but strives to bring everyone up to new heights. Many people shy away from being a leader, thinking that the role does not suit them. Yet, at karate, we have seen many students blossom when put into a leadership role. Although it can be scary, we challenge each of our students to try and be a better leader this week, and see what you think!
