Stamina Week

This week at EFK we stick with our theme for Fitness month and discuss Stamina. Stamina is defined as the ability to sustain mental or physical effort for a long duration. What we like to point out during this week is not only the physical effort, but also the heavy mental component included with Stamina. Pushing your limits in both respects requires time and dedication. Increasing Stamina only comes with practice, so this week, select your challenge and set a new goal to improve your Stamina!
