Street Clothes Week (And EFK is CLOSED FOR A BREAK)

This week EFK will be open Monday and Tuesday before we move over to the Thanksgiving break! For those two classes we will be discussing the importance of practicing our martial arts in street clothes sometimes. It is rare we would be needing to defend ourselves while wearing a Gi, so ensuring our movements work with regular clothing on as well is super important. We hope everyone has a blast in our fun classes this week, and enjoys their Holiday to follow!
