Patience Week

This week at EFK we are discussing patience in all of our classes. This skill set is invaluable as we move through life. Patience allows us to stay calm in high tension situations, allows us to work more closely with those around us, and improves our well being and mind set. One thing that I have always taught about patience is how to improve it. The challenging part is patience can only be improved with practice. Here is one thing we can all do to improve our patience.

If you find yourself in a frustrating situation, waiting for something you want, focus on three deep breaths. Say to yourself 'in, out, in, out' and see if that allows you to add just a little more patience to your day. We will see you in class!
