Team Work Week

This week at EFK we discuss working as a team! A team is defined as a group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal. Everywhere in life you find your self surrounded by a team, even if you don't think you are. Groups like your family, your classroom, your martial arts dojo are all forms of a team. Now, in order for your teams to succeed (reach the common goal), each member must contribute their part. If one member of the team does not do their fair share, then the rest of the team will suffer as a result. This week, students should think hard about which teams they are a part of and how they can best contribute to the success of that group!

We will see you in the dojo!
